The property is located in the South of Tenerife, in the municipality of Guía de Isora at an altitude of approximately 350 m above sea level, located in the Polígono 8 Parcelas 58, 59 and 60 of the Cadastre of Guía de Isora, with a surface area of 40,000 m2. Direct access to the motorway linking the island ring road and the future marina of Fonsalía, which will connect the islands, 3 km from the fishing village of Playa San Juan and 18 km from the tourist area of Playa de Las Américas.The farm is planted with bananas, papayas, avocados, mangoes and seasonal vegetables. Almost all crops are grown under greenhouses with netting and drip irrigation system.
