The house consists of two floors and has two apartments. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, american style kitchen, living room, a terrace and a spacious garage. On the second floor you will have three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate kitchen and a living room with an exit to the terrace. Both the first and the second floors have separate entrances. During the reconstruction there is a possibility to change the layout of the house, increasing the apartment.
The area where the house is situated is fenced and cannot be accessed by others. There are six objects in the complex. This house is in the final queue, so it has the most privacy. All houses use a common large swimming pool, where the water is poured directly from the ocean and regularly renewed. Therefore you will always be swimming in ocean water. Around the house there are mature palm trees, flowers and other plants.
The location of the house is ideal – the city center. Just a few minutes walk to the Playa Arena’s black sandy beach, cafes, restaurants, shopping malls, but at the same time you do not hear the noise of the city, but all you hear is just the sound of the ocean waves breaking on the shore.
